PUM Netherlands Knowledge Exchange in Tanzania: PUM Netherlands (a Dutch volunteer expert organisation) has active programmes in Tanzania (East Africa) focussed on knowledge transfer, business development, training local SMEs, etc. agroberichtenbuitenland.nl  

While not exactly “export-import” focused alone, it is very much about knowledge sharing between Dutch business/experts and East African enterprises. 

Netherlands Business Hub for East Africa (Nairobi): Historically established to support Dutch-East African business ties (market scans, business events, matchmaking) and serve as a knowledge & connection hub. Eerste Kamer
